Regional Tribunal

The official title for the regional tribunal is The Regional Tribunal of Queensland.

Under the direction of the Judicial Vicar, Rev Dr Adrian Farrelly, the regional tribunal serves the people of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, as well as the provincial dioceses of Queensland.

The tribunal deals primarily with applications for annulment of marriage. It also deals with a variety of other matters where some advice or intervention is required on issues relating to Canon Law.

The Brisbane office of the regional tribunal is located in St Stephen’s Cathedral Administration building.
