Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Overseas customers are not charged GST on their order. Orders for Catholic Parishes, schools or organisations are GST exempt.
Processing/Delivery times
Orders will be processed within three business days and are sent through Australia Post. For delivery please allow up to seven days (depending on destination). You may request to have your order posted express when placing your order. Full postage charges are displayed before you place your order and are calculated depending on the weight and destination of your order.
Returns
- Incorrect products: Faith & Life will accept returns of materials within 30 days if the incorrect item(s) have been forwarded. A full refund including shipping will apply for the returned goods.
- Damaged products: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Replacement stock will be despatched as soon as possible.
- General returns: Items may be returned to Faith & Life only with prior arrangements. Please contact us on (07) 3336 9181.
All returned item(s) need to be securely packaged and a copy of your invoice is to be included in the package so that we may attribute the return to you.
Terms of Business
Payment for online orders can be made with either MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Alternatively an invoice payable within thirty (30) days will issue.
